Data deletion

Sign in, open Settings, choose Delete workspace and confirm with the workspace name. This happens right away and removes:

• your connected social accounts and their encrypted tokens;
• your posts, their results and every stored media file;
• your API keys and the agents you approved;
• your workspace settings and history, and your subscription, which is canceled.

Your sign-in record (your email address) is kept so the same email can sign in again. Ask us by email if you want it removed too. Invoices are kept as long as tax law requires.

In Accounts, choose the disconnect button next to an account. Welder erases that account’s tokens immediately and, for networks that support it (TikTok and X), also revokes access on the network’s side. Your post history stays until you delete the workspace.

You can also cut Welder off from the network’s own settings. Welder can no longer publish there, and the stored token stops working:

• Instagram and Threads: Instagram settings, then Apps and websites, then remove Welder.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security, then Manage app permissions.
• YouTube: Google account permissions, then remove Welder.
• X: Settings, then Security and account access, then Apps and sessions, then Connected apps.
• Bluesky: Settings, then Privacy and security, then App passwords, and delete the password you gave Welder.

To have us delete the data we already hold from that connection, disconnect it in Accounts or email us as below.

Email hello@weldergtm.com from the address on your account and say what you want deleted: one connection, your workspace, or everything including your sign-in. We’ll confirm, delete it within 30 days, and tell you when it’s done.

Deletions in the app take effect immediately. Copies in our encrypted backups age out within 30 days. Posts already published on a network stay there until you remove them on that network; Welder can’t delete them for you after you disconnect.
