Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Vladislav Smirnov, operating Welder from the United Kingdom (“Welder”, “we”). By creating an account or using Welder you accept them. If you’re under 18, your parent or guardian must accept them too, as explained in Who can use Welder. If you use Welder for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Welder, or older if the law where you live requires it. Welder isn’t for children under 13, and they may not create an account or use it.
• If you’re under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms and give you permission before you use Welder. A parent or guardian who gives that permission agrees to these terms for themselves and for you, and is responsible for your use of Welder, including any plan they approve.
• When you sign in, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We rely on that confirmation: we don’t verify anyone’s age or check who a parent or guardian is.
• If we learn that someone under 13 is using Welder, we’ll close the account and delete its data as our Privacy Policy describes. We may also suspend an account if a user under 18 doesn’t have a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

Welder is an MCP server and web app. Your agents send it media and captions, and Welder publishes them to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky and X through each network’s official API, on the accounts you connect. Welder does not create content for you. We may improve, change or remove features; when a change takes away something important you pay for, we’ll tell you in advance.

• Use an email address you control.
• Keep your sign-in, API keys and approved agents secure. Anything done through your account, your keys or agents you approved counts as done by you. Revoke keys and agents you no longer use in Keys.
• One person or organization per workspace; don’t share accounts to get around plan limits.

Only connect social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, such as a business account you run with its owner’s permission. When you connect a network you authorize Welder to publish and read the account details needed to publish, on your behalf. You must follow each network’s terms, community guidelines and API policies, including those of TikTok, Meta (Instagram and Threads), Google (YouTube), Bluesky and X. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Each network sets its own minimum age and its own rules for who can use an account or a feature, and they can be stricter than ours. You must meet them for every account you connect, including any requirement for a parent’s or guardian’s permission. Don’t use Welder to get around them.

Networks decide what they accept and can change, limit or withdraw their APIs, or act on your account, at any time. We are not responsible for a network’s decisions, such as removing a post or restricting an account, and some features may change as a result.

You own what you publish. You give Welder a limited license to store, process, convert and transmit your content only to provide the service: publishing it where and when you ask, and showing you its history. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies networks already published.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish and for any disclosures the law or a network requires, such as labels for AI-generated or sponsored content. Welder turns AI-generated labels on by default for TikTok and YouTube; you can change that in Settings or per post.

Posts you approve can be public. By default Welder publishes as publicly as each account allows: TikTok posts are visible to everyone (or as widely as a private account allows), YouTube videos are public, and posts on Instagram, Threads, Bluesky and X are as visible as the account they’re posted from. You can change the TikTok and YouTube defaults in Settings, or ask for a different setting on a single post.

Anyone may be able to see, share, save or comment on a public post, and copies can stay online after you delete it. Before you approve a post, check what it shows and says and who will be able to see it. You’re responsible for what you choose to make public, including posts that show other people.

Don’t use Welder to:

• publish spam, run inauthentic or coordinated manipulation, or post at volumes a network doesn’t allow;
• publish content that is illegal, infringes someone’s rights, harasses people or exploits minors;
• distribute malware, probe or overload our systems, or get around rate limits and plan limits;
• resell or share access to Welder without our written permission.

We may remove content from our systems or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we’ll tell you why unless the law prevents us.

• If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must approve any trial, plan or add-on, and the card that pays for it, before you start.
• Current prices are on the pricing page. Prices exclude tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
• Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial that needs a card. You’re charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Subscriptions renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in the billing portal; your plan runs to the end of the paid period.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
• Plans include a monthly number of posts (each network a post lands on counts once) and connected accounts. Allowances reset each billing period and don’t roll over. The X add-on includes 100 X credits a month: a post costs 1 credit, or 8 when it contains a link.
• If a payment fails, publishing keeps working for a short grace period, then pauses until the payment goes through. Your data stays.
• We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice of a price change, which applies from your next renewal.
• Payments are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. If you think you were charged in error, write to us and we’ll put it right. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

We work hard to keep Welder fast and reliable, and publishing is built so that retries never post twice. Still, the service is provided “as is”: networks can be unavailable, and we may pause Welder briefly for maintenance. We don’t promise that every post will publish at an exact moment.

You can stop using Welder and delete your workspace at any time in Settings, which also cancels your subscription. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the law requires it; where we can, we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to export what you need.

To the extent the law allows, Welder isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost followers or lost opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can’t be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you use Welder for business, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by your content or your breach of these terms.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then. The date at the top shows when these terms were last updated.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you can also bring a claim where you live. Questions: hello@weldergtm.com.
