Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes. The trial lasts 3 days and nothing is charged until it ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What counts as a post?
Each network a post lands on counts once. One video sent to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube uses 3 of your monthly posts. Posts that fail because a network was down are given back.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Posting pauses until the next month, and your assistant tells you the limit is reached. You can move to a larger plan in Billing anytime. Nothing is charged as overage.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime, from Billing. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period.
Is tax included?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

X charges per post, and more for posts with links. The add-on covers that: 100 X posts a month, where a post with a link counts as 8.
